Kaare Lunde joined Hammertech as CEO from February 1, 2023. Kaare held the role as Executive Vice President of Quorum Software, heading the business unit responsible for the company’s world leading software product lines, Energy Components and DaWinci. Kaare was responsible for developing this product portfolio within Tieto’s global Oil & Gas Solutions unit from 2012 until it was acquired by Quorum in 2021.

Kaare has a proven executive management track record and almost 30 years experience of driving sales growth in the technology industry. Kaare held several roles in international market development within Palantir AS and Hewlett-Packard (HP).

Kaare holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Bergen, and started his career as a researcher within pattern recognition at the Computer Science department at Christian Michelsen Institute (now NORCE) in Bergen.

Chartered Engineer (Siv.Ing.), Electrical and Electronics Engineering, North Dakota State University, 1986. Joined Hammertech in 2010. Before that, 15 years of experience from Oil and Gas industry from Christian Michelsen Research and Fluenta (now Roxar). 9 years of experience in telecom industry from Nera Networks.

Morten Brandt has a BSc from the Bergen Tech. College, and an MSc from the University of Bergen. He joined Fluenta AS in 1994, and held several positions within the multiphase metering activity in Fluenta/Roxar, until he joined Hammertech in 2012. His latest position in Roxar was as manager of the Multiphase Metering Centre of Excellence within Emerson, located in Bergen.

Bjørn has an MBA from the Norwegian Business School in Bergen, Norway. He joined Hammertech early 2018. Bjørn has held several positions within Odfjell Drilling, such as VP ODT Engineering, Contracts and Marketing Manager and Business Controller. Prior to that, Bjørn worked for Ernst&Young as management consultant. In Hammertech, Bjørn is responsible for corporate finances, as well as corporate quality management.

Finn Erik has an M.Eng. from UMIST, and an MBA Edinburg Business School, and joined Hammertech early 2018. At that time, Finn Erik held a position as Global Sales Manager at OneSubsea, a Schlumberger company. He has previously held positions as Global Commercial Manager and different positions within Product Management and R&D within Roxar Flow Measurement, an Emerson company. Finn Erik joins Hammertech as VP Sales and has the overall responsibility for sales and marketing in the company

Kristian Eckhoff joined Hammertech in 2014 to strengthen our R&D activities. Kristian has 26 years of experience in R&D from Aanderaa Instruments, Gexcon, Roxar Flow Measurement, and Fluenta. Lately, Kristian joined Hammertech from Fluenta in 2014, after heading the R&D activities in a 5 year programme revitalizing the flare gas meter to a commercial success.

Silje joined the team in August 2023, and is overseeing all manufacturing operations at Hammertech.

She is a certified Production Electronics Technician and holds a BSc in Subsea Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. Her journey in manufacturing management began during her education, where she excelled in a part-time role at Mekatronikk/Mekasense. Her performance led her to become a Process and Production manager post-graduation where she focused on streamlined operations
and optimized processes.

Susannah holds a Bsc in Marketing Communication from BI Norwegian Business School in Bergen. She started her career in Fluenta in 2008 working within the Sales and Marketing department. Later she joined Roxar Flow Measurement, an Emerson company, as an Inside Sales Engineer for Topside Multiphase and Wetgas meters. She also worked with tendering for Fisher valves and regulators.

Susannah joined Hammertech in May 2023 as Marketing and Bid Manager, and has the overall responsibility for marketing and tendering process.

Nils has a BS from School of Mines &Technology in Rapid City and an MBA from University of South Dakota. Nils started his career in ConocoPhillips working for Engineering & Construction where he worked with new field developments.

Later he joined Framo Engineering AS (later OneSubsea/Schlumberger) within the Sales Department of Multiphase meters and multiphase / single phase pumps. Over the 30 years in the company he held a varity of positions such as Global Sales Manager and General Manager UK.

In 2019 he started his cowork with Hammetech with focus on Global Sales

Erling has more than 25 years of experience in production and logistics from Nera Networks in Bergen.

He has held positions within mechanical production, inspection, purchasing, warehouse management, planning and order management.

He also has 4 years’ experience in Oil & gas from Aibel AS as a Senior planner.

Bjørn Helge joined Hammertech in March 2023. He holds a BSc degree from Bergen College of Engineering and has 30 years of experience as Project Manager and Department Manager from Fluenta, Roxar, Framo Engineering, OneSubsea, among other companies.

Jan Yngve joined Hammertech in 2019. Jan Yngve has more than 30 years of experience as mechanical engineer and project manager in the oil and gas industry.

In his early career he was engaged by Stord International and Prototech as a mechanical engineer involved in oil and gas projects. After joining Roxar Flow Measurement in 2001, Jan Yngve worked as project manager and later as manager of the project management team. He then joined Apply Sørco in 2011 as project team manager with responsibility for delivery of offshore modification projects in the North Sea.

With Hammertech, Jan Yngve will utilize his skills both as mechanical engineer and as project manager.

John joined Hammertech in Oct 2023. He holds a BSc degree from Bergen College of Engineering and has 30+ years of experience as Project Manager, Sales Manager, Technical Product Manager and Senior Principal Manager subsea from Exlog (US), Fluenta and Roxar among other companies.

Oktay joined Hammertech in 2019. Oktay has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas supplier industry as service engineer and service team manager.

Oktay started out as service Engineer at Exlog, working with service and maintenance of logging equipment for drilling and downhole operations. Later, Oktay has held positions as Service Department Manager in both Roxar Flow Measurement and Solberg & Andersen, before joining OneSubsea as Tender manager in 2011.

Oktay is handling installation and service in Hammertech.

Stig has a Bsc from the University of Agder, and a Msc from the University of Bergen. Has more than 20 years of experience in multiphase metering. Joined Hammertech in 2020, at that time he held a position as Lead Product Specialist Multiphase in the R&D department in Roxar. Previously he has held positions as Service engineer at Fluenta/Roxar and and technical advisor in service department and then various positions in R&D department. Before this he worked at Eidesvik Offshore as IT responsible for their vessels and offices.

Odd-Petter (MSc) has more than 30 years experience from industrial R&D and product development from GECO (today Western Geco), Christian Michelsen Research, Fluenta and Roxar Flow Measurement. Odd-Petter joined Hammertech in 2015, and he has extensive industrial experience within multiphase metering particularly related to interpretation and processing of data from sensors applied in current multiphase meters.

Andreas (BSc) has more than 15 years experience in multiphase metering as field engineer, development engineer and test engineer with Roxar Flow Measurement and OneSubsea.

Tord joined the team i August 2023, equipped with a newly acquired certificate as an industrial mechanic from Karsten Moholt. He brings valuable prior experience in overhauling submersible pump motors, welding and disassembly/assembly of electric motors.

Gjermund has a degree in Industrial Automation and has spent his professional career with Framo Engineering and OneSubsea. He has held positions within manufacturing, service and repair of multiphase meters. Gjermund has been involved in improving the manufacturing process and have been responsible for quality control and follow up of critical parts. At Hammertech, Gjermund will deploy his experience in all parts of the manufacturing process and assist in product improvements and product development.

Gunhild has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in Bergen. She joined the company as a project engineer in 2024.

Trupti holds a BE in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University in India and brings over 20 years of experience in IT product engineering and strategy, focused on creating impactful customer experiences. She is also the co-founder of NordicMojo, a tech startup dedicated to scaling Nordic SME companies in India.

Trupti joined Hammertech in March 2024 as Marketing and Bid coordinator, and has the overall responsibility for marketing and tendering process.
